Message from Director's Desk

Shri Ram Kumar Kakani

Director, IIM Raipur

"Learning never stops" – Working executives with learning agility pick their managerial lessons to encash on the technology enabled growth beyond the chores of the emerging economy. Demands of the industry made us launch the eMBA program tailored to these mid-career executives. At IIM Raipur, we prepare the future managers with a focus of the curriculum on the needs of the contemporary management education by designing and developing the eMBA. Our curriculum focuses on the use of adult-learning pedagogy and has a bias towards using case-study teaching methods and simulated learning using illustrations. In the process, the eMBA participants gain real-insights into management principles, business frameworks, contemporary philosophies, and academic theories, helping them to excel in today’s fast-changing world of business. This 24-months blended learning programme is intensive, involves two-phases of campus-visit as well as online learning engagements to give working executives an opportunity to have a professional rewarding journey in the administrative world. Our eMBA offerings makes concerted efforts in infusing a high level of leadership and management competence in a dynamic, yet resource-constrained environment.

Nulearn CEO’s Desk

Mr. Sumit Kumar

Founder & CEO, Nulearn.in

Advancement and innovation has always been my ultimate goals. In this industry, it has always been a challenge to introduce new courses and form a community. It feels great to introduce eMBA with IIM Raipur in Direct-to-Device Mode. We believe it was a need of the hour, as unlike other programs available in the market today, they lack the accessibility factor. If I talk about this programme, one doesn’t have to invest time or money in travelling to the respective centres, they can earn Degree from the comfort of their home. This is the first time any of the IIMs has launched a course in direct-to-device mode, which makes it accessible for working professionals across India.

Delivery & Customer Service have always been my primary goals. Being able to deliver your customer and build a relationship with them is another important aspect we need to focus on. In today’s world of technology, my main focal point is to work on the process of implementation. The idea is to make the organisation customer friendly and being able to start a revolution by building the strongest customer-support system to make it more accessible for the professionals who are willing to grow in their respective careers. As a leader, I have courage to fulfil my vision, but that comes from sincerity, honesty and passion towards my work & team not from my position.
