Message from Director's Desk

Prof. Bharat Bhasker

Director, IIM Raipur

Technology enabled growth in the Indian economy has given India an opportunity to move into the league of Developed Nations. It has also put unprecedented challenges to management education as a discipline. The need for competent & contemporary management education has never been more crucial than today. At IIM Raipur, we are making concerted efforts in infusing high level of management competence in a dynamic, yet resource constrained

environment. Preparing the future mangers capable of harnessing the maximum out of limited resources through innovative, entrepreneurial zeal and efficient management of technology and trade is crucial to our economic growth and development. We have a simple mission to nurture excellence and promote leaders capable of managing resources in a globalised environment, with social responsibilities.

At IIM Raipur, we strive to achieve excellence in every endeavour - creation of knowledge, imparting the knowledge and augmenting the practice through consulting and executive education. In order to meet the needs of working professionals who would like to pursue quality management education without hampering their professional and personal commitments, IIM Raipur has designed the "ePGP (Blended Mode)".

This 24 months programme is intensive while at the same time ensures convenience for working executives. We’re the first IIMs to deliver the programme in blended mode. I invite you to be part of this professionally rewarding experience.

Nulearn CEO’s Desk

Mr. Sumit Kumar

Founder & CEO, Nulearn.in

Advancement and innovation has always been my ultimate goals. In this industry, it has always been a challenge to introduce new courses and form a community. It feels great to introduce EPGP with IIM Raipur in Direct-to-Device Mode. We believe it was a need of the hour, as unlike other programs available in the market today, they lack the accessibility factor. If I talk about this programme, one doesn’t have to invest time or money in travelling to the respective centres, they can earn Degree from the comfort of their home. This is the first time any of the IIMs has launched a course in direct-to-device mode, which makes it accessible for working professionals across India.

Delivery & Customer Service have always been my primary goals. Being able to deliver your customer and build a relationship with them is another important aspect we need to focus on. In today’s world of technology, my main focal point is to work on the process of implementation. The idea is to make the organisation customer friendly and being able to start a revolution by building the strongest customer-support system to make it more accessible for the professionals who are willing to grow in their respective careers. As a leader, I have courage to fulfil my vision, but that comes from sincerity, honesty and passion towards my work & team not from my position.
