About Executive MBA in Analytics

The two-year Executive MBA (Analytics) by IIM Kashipur is designed to equip working professionals with the managerial, analytical and technological capabilities required to navigate an increasingly data-driven and AI-enabled business environment. The programme combines a strong foundation in management and business analytics with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science and emerging digital technologies, enabling participants to understand business challenges, leverage data and technology, and make informed strategic decisions.

The curriculum integrates AI and analytics across diverse business functions including Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Strategy, Consulting and Decision Making. Rather than treating Artificial Intelligence as a standalone subject, the programme explores its application in real-world business contexts — from predictive and prescriptive analytics and AI-assisted decision-making to Generative AI, enterprise AI adoption, responsible AI and digital transformation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent CGPA (42% for NC-OBC, EWS 40% marks for SC/ST/DAP).
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience (as on 16th May, 2027) after graduation.
  • Self employed professionals may submit a personal declaration stating the exact dates of their employment along with necessary documents (Part-time/ Project/ Internship/ Articleship/ Apprenticeship/ Pre-graduation work experience, etc, will not be considered towards full time work experience).
