SP Jain School of Management was established as a B-School in Australia's Sydney. Today it has campuses in Mumbai, Singapore and Dubai, along with Sydney. SP Jain School of Management Mumbai is the fourth campus of the B-School that was established in 2015. This campus is located at Kamala Mills in Lower Parel and has modern infrastructure including, classrooms, mock-trading rooms, video-conferencing rooms, a simulations room and a Reuters terminal.

SPJGM Mumbai offers four undergraduate, three postgraduate and one doctoral course. The institute also offers five partnership or professional courses. The most popular courses of SPJGM are Global MBA and full-time MBA courses along with the special online courses which include Premium Learning Online Courses in the field of management.
