This Privacy Policy applies only to the part of the Platform provided by Nulearn, and we do not take responsibility for the practices of persons, institutions or websites that Nulearn does not control, manage or employ.

We assure that the information we collect, and that you choose to share, will be treated well and confidential. Nulearn.in shall never disclosed your personal information to any. All text, images, and other materials, thus communicable via both digital, print or any other media, on this Website are subject to the copyrights. The materials shall not be copied for commercial or distribution. Virtual payment process is secure and private and shall not be revealed to any one, than the payment gateway.

Termination by Nulearn

Nulearn reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrollments, faculty unavailability, or ext. Under such circumstances the applicant is entitled for full fee refund. The refund will be processed maximum within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.

Fee Refund Policy

1. Application fees are non-refundable even if an application is either rejected or enrollment is cancelled.
2. If the request for withdrawal is received 30 or more working days prior to beginning of the course, then the course fee shall be refunded after deducting a penalty of Rs.5000 and applicable taxes.
3. If the request for withdrawal is received 15-29 working days prior to beginning of the course, 50% of the Course Fee excluding taxes will be deducted towards administration and cancellation charges and the remaining amount may be refunded.
4. If the request to withdraw or cancellation is received less than 15 working days prior to beginning of the course or anytime after the beginning of the course, the applicant will not be eligible for any refund. Appeals for part refunds will neither be well-thought nor administered.

Interchangeably, the applicant may appeal to shift to the immediate next scheduled batch of a program whereby a fee of INR 5000 and applicable taxes will be charged as the Rearrangement Fee and the Applicant shall be rescheduled to the next program and the already paid course fee shall be adjusted as an advance payment towards the next batch of the program.

If the request for shifting to immediate next batch is received 15 or more working days prior to beginning of the course, the rearrangement fee does not apply.

However, if the applicant appeals to be shifted from one course to another course or one institute to another institute, then a fee of INR 5000 and applicable taxes will be charged by default as the Rearrangement Fee and the Applicant shall be rescheduled to another course or institute.

(Please note that the applicant may only appeal to shift the candidature however, the final decision remains with the Institute and the management).

If the applicant chooses to shift to next batch or any another course any time after the beginning of the course, then applicant will not be eligible to shift his/her candidature to next batch or any another course.

Late Fees

A late fee of Rs. 2000/- will be charged if the installment is paid after the due date.If the fee installment is not received within 15 days from the due date participant shall be considered as a dropout.

Changing Our Privacy Policies

Please note that Nulearn has all the rights to review and make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. By accessing the Platform, you indicate your agreement to the modified Privacy Policy and all the changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this Privacy Policy.

Nulearn guarantees to keep your personal details safe. The only ways how Nulearn will be sharing your information are mentioned below:

Educational Partners

We may share the information that we collect from you with the particular Educational Partner that developed or offered the Program you are taking; the teachers or professors or industry mentors who taught or managed the Program; guest lecturers who will be assessing your performance; or mentors who will be sharing their experiences and supporting the enrolled professionals during the tenure. For example, if you are taking a Program through an Institute, we may share your Personal Information with them to evaluate your progress to enable them to issue the required certification to you on completion of the Program. Information shared with our Educational Partners will be subject to the privacy policies and procedures of such partners. Also, we may archive this information and/or use it for future communications with you.

Employers, Sponsors and Scholarship Providers

If you are taking a Program that is sponsored or paid by a sponsor or employer, we will have to share your Personal Information for the evaluation process or communicate any progress or failure regarding your certification with the Premium Institute. This information may be shared at any time during the Program or afterwards.
