About the Program

This one-year (12 months) course in the Advanced General Management program offered by the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi is designed to help participants improve their managerial, leadership and decision-making skills across all aspects of management. The participants will develop a mindset for innovation and application of modern management principles to real world business problems.
Today‘s dynamic business environment poses severe challenges for managers in adapting to the requirements of the marketplace given the convergence between industries which makes the boundaries to be blurred. Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation or Diploma Holders from any recognized University or Institute.
  • Working Professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Corporate Nominated (graduation criteria maybe considered for exemption in cases where participants have some prior experience in the respective domain).
  • On case-to-case basis less experience can be considered.

Certification Criteria
Participants who successfully complete the academic requirements and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria, will be awarded a certificate of completion.
Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate.
Any participant who is neither able to clear the evaluation criteria nor satisfies the requisite attendance criteria, will not receive any certificate.
