Participants Criteria
For Indian Participants You must have a Diploma (only 10+2+3) or a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/ AICTE/ DEC/ AIU/ State Government) in any discipline with at least 3 years of work experience.
For International Participants You must have a graduation degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution in your country, along with at least 3 years of work experience.

Note on AI Leverage in the Modules +

The program integrates Artificial Intelligence as a decision-support capability across functional domains, enabling participants to leverage AI tools for analysis, insight generation, and strategic reasoning while retaining managerial judgment and responsibility. Module 10 - Group Projects +

The group project is a core experiential component of the Advanced General Management Program and a key basis for participant evaluation. Undertaken in multidisciplinary teams, the project requires participants to identify, analyze, and propose solutions to real-world managerial challenges by integrating insights from analytics, finance, marketing, strategy, ethics, and digital transformation. Initiated after the two modules, the project encourages rigorous problem formulation, data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, and practical decision-making. Participants are evaluated on the depth of analysis, application of interdisciplinary concepts, quality of recommendations, teamwork, and the clarity and effectiveness of their presentation, thereby ensuring that learning outcomes translate into actionable managerial competence.

Module 11 - Campus Module +

The Campus Module is a carefully designed residential capstone that brings together the learning from all ten online modules into an integrated, immersive, and application-oriented experience. Delivered through ten intensive sessions on campus, this module enables participants to synthesize insights from analytics, finance, marketing, strategy, operations, economics, leadership, ethics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. The sessions are structured to foster holistic managerial thinking through cross-functional discussions, advanced case deliberations, faculty-led integrative frameworks, and collaborative reflections on real-world business challenges. By encouraging peer learning, critical dialogue, and strategic synthesis in a residential academic environment, the Campus Module consolidates conceptual understanding while sharpening decision-making, leadership judgment, and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills—ensuring that participants complete the program with a cohesive, practice-ready managerial perspective.
