Dr. Rahul Sheel serves as faculty in the Organisational Behavior area at XLRI, specializing in Organizational Development and Change Management, Organization Design, and Leadership. His recent interest is in the area of Happiness and Well-being. He earned his PhD in Organisational Behavior from IIM Ahmedabad. He currently holds the position of Associate Dean, Corporate Programs and Virtual Learning.
Professor Sheel contributes to executive education through various XLRI programs and develops custom training solutions for organizations. He partners with companies to understand their leadership training needs and provide tailored solutions for leadership development.
