The Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Project Management by SPJIMR is specifically designed for leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs who are willing to leverage modern-day techniques for decision making and taking their company to new heights. The advanced program is very rich in state-of-the-art contents and study material, innovative pedagogy (cases, exercise simulations) and rigorous evaluation. The program is enriched by strong industry interactions, project visits and direct exposure to practical problems experienced in project implementation. If the participant covers both the Online & On-Campus sessions along with complete evaluations will be awarded 60 PDU's.
The program primarily aims to help participants in understanding the globally recognized Framework for Project Management. Take up Accountability, Strategizing, Visualization, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and grow to higher level of decision making. The 4 months PG Programme is a blended learning program inclusive of 50 hours of online classes and 20 hours of the in-campus training module. The online classes will be conducted only on weekends to help professionals maintain a work-life balance with zero disruption to their work schedule.
