Programme Pedagogy
This programme would include an eclectic mix of case - based methods of teaching, simulations, problem solving exercises, assignments, roleplay and in-class discussions among the participants.
Since classes are delivered in a synchronized mode, recording shall not be available to the participants. Only in case of medical emergencies or work related assignments, approval shall be given on case to case basis to provide the session recordings.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum of three years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience as on 30th November 2024.
- As On 30th November 2024, minimum 25 years of age and 3 years of post qualification experience.
- Minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent with 50% overall at degree level.
- Admission would be offered as per the academic attainments, quality of work experience, and performance in personal interview.

The course design of eMBA is based on the flagship full-time MBA programme of IIM Raipur. The faculty of both courses is the same. While other IIM Raipur long duration programmes are mostly residential, the ePGP is offered through direct-to-device mode with a blend of campus immersion conducted in the IIM Raipur campus in the beginning and end of the course.
