About the Course
The Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) is designed in such a way that it minimizes disruption of work and personal pursuit. The Programme is spread over twenty four months, which would ideally be planned and delivered in blended mode (direct-to-device classes and campus modules) in collaboration with Nulearn, a leading ed-tech company in India.
The main objective of the programme is to prepare participants for an advanced career in management by giving a solid foundation in various management topics that are essential for building capabilities to take on the new forms of competition.
The programme offers a blend of various general management theories, soft skills and analytical methods with real-world business scenario cases. It has 1000+ hours of content delivrery (including 900 hours of classroom teaching) spread across six terms of 4 months each, and an additional term in the end, which includes on-campus modules, project training & industry dissertation & rural/international immersion. The selection process is designed to ensure significant diversity in academic, business and cultural background.
During the course of this programme, interaction with peers and faculty will augment many skills, appreciation of differing perspectives, effective communication, conflict management, negotiation and mobilizing individuals towards common goals - all essential ingredients of effective management practices.
The overall goal of the programme is to broaden core leadership competencies to further enhance the professional growth of participants. The specific objectives of the programme are:

Course description

Programme Pedagogy
This programme would include an eclectic mix of case - based methods of teaching, simulations, problem solving exercises, assignments, roleplay and in-class discussions among the participants.
Since classes are delivered in a synchronized mode, recording shall not be available to the participants. Only in case of medical emergencies or work related assignments, approval shall be given on case to case basis to provide the session recordings.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum of three years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience as on 30th November 2024.
- As On 30th November 2024, minimum 25 years of age and 3 years of post qualification experience.
- Minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent with 50% overall at degree level.
- Admission would be offered as per the academic attainments, quality of work experience, and performance in personal interview.
