ELIGIBILITY

  • For Indian Participants – Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline.
  • For International Participants – Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.

COURSE PEDAGOGY

The delivery would comprise a judicious mix of live virtual lectures, discussions, case studies and experience sharing through peer discussions. The course design is oriented to facilitate learning through the association of the various management concepts and its application in the business world. Across different modules, participants may be encouraged to apply or relate their in-class learning to live situations at work, peer learning therefore would be a key pillar of the process. Take-home projects may be assigned in certain modules.

EVALUATION PROSESS

A minimum of 75% attendance to the Live Sessions is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this course. The course will require participants to work on individual/group assignments and/or projects. Participants will earn Certificate of Completion only if they meet both criteria, i.e. 75% of attendance along with Instructor Specific Quizzes, Projects & Assessments. In case, any of the participants fail to complete any of the criteria, he/she will be given only Certificate of Participation from the Institute.

Executive Alumni Status will be provided only to participants receiving Certificate of Completion.

CAMPUS IMMERSION

The program features two days of mandatory campus learning at XLRI|Delhi-NCR Campus to complement the online component of education.

The campus immersion per day charges would be as follows:

1. Single Occupancy Rs.3500/ + Taxes

2. Double Occupancy Rs.2000/ + Taxes

*Accommodation + all meals will be covered in the same.

*Travel expense to & fro from the Institute has to be paid by the participants.
