At IIM Raipur, we often remind ourselves that learning never truly stops. For working professionals, every new challenge at the workplace brings a lesson, and every success carries a story of growth. It is this belief that has guided us in creating the Executive MBA (eMBA) programme.
The eMBA is not just an academic course; it is a journey designed for those who have already made their mark in their careers but aspire to reach higher. We understand the unique needs of mid-career executives, and that is why our programme blends flexibility with intensity. With online learning, immersive campus visits, and interactive methods such as case studies and simulations, we ensure that participants don’t just learn theories, but experience how management actually works in practice.

IIM Raipur offers Advance Management Development Programs that consist of overseas learning Program (OLP) of two weeks duration and two weeks at Campus in tie up with global & International Business Schools and Institutions, who will facilitate as well as organize both the classes as well as visit to Industry to the Participants.
The Institute offers tailor-made In-Company executive development Programs for Senior and Middle level executives of different organizations including Private, Public and Government Sectors, to maximize their potential by gaining or refining their Management Skills.
